He had a disappointing time at wimbledon, losing out to Silva in the second round of the qualifying rounds. Yasutaka Uchiyama

Yasutaka Uchiyama has made some good runs this year on the Challenger circuit, especially in South Korea where he reached the semi final of Seoul Challenger beating the likes of Ducjwirth and Kudla, and then reached the semi finals of the Busan Challenger beating Hijikata in the round of 16. He managed to reach the quarter finals of the Bloomfield Hills challenger last week, where he played some good tennis beating Li Tu and Emilio Gomez both in straight sets, before losing out to eventual Champion Steve Johnson in a third set tie break.
