Formula 1 Hungarian GP Prediction

Formula 1 Hungarian GP Prediction 23.07.2023. The Hungarian Grand Prix, a prestigious Formula 1 racing event, is held annually at the Hungaroring, a challenging and twisting circuit located just outside Budapest, Hungary. Since its inception in 1986, the Hungarian GP has become a favorite among drivers and fans alike for its unique layout, demanding turns, and unpredictable weather conditions.

Throughout its history, the Hungarian GP has witnessed numerous memorable moments, including legendary performances from racing greats such as Ayrton Senna, Michael Schumacher, and Lewis Hamilton. The race has also been a stage for intense championship battles, making it a crucial stop on the Formula 1 calendar.

As one of the few races in the calendar that takes place behind the Iron Curtain, the Hungarian GP played a significant role in bringing Formula 1 to new audiences in Eastern Europe. McClaren look like to be one of the top teams

The upgrades from McLaren have changed the car completely. Zak Brown praised the McLaren team for producing soime crazy levels of improvement with their new upgrades. Silverstone was clearly a huge turning point for the team, with Lando Norris managing a podium and Oscar Piastri getting so close to that third place. It has surprised many people in the paddock, with many of the teams thinking what major improvements they can do now. Both Austria and Silverstone were high race speeds. Hungary is slightly different, but still they’ll be expecting a good result.

Daniel Riccairdo is back!

The Australian replaced Nyck de Vries at Red Bull’s Alpha Tauri team after the Dutchman was fired last week. In my opinion, this was very harsh with Nyck de Vries not even having a full season with the team. I’m also slightly surprised Ricciardo did say yes, with the Alpha Tauri clearly being the worst car on the grid. But the Australian is buzzing, and says he is “hungry and ready to go” after being seven months out. We’ve seen him struggling in the practice sessions, and will take some time for him to get used to the car.

Mercedes looking better than Ferrari

It’s amazing how we started the season thinking Ferrari might actually challenge Red Bull. Ferrari are now currently in fourth place in the Constructors standings, with Aston Martin in third and Mercedes in 2nd. Red Bull have won 10 out of 10 races so far, and have nearly triple the points Ferrari have! Mercedes have been impressive race by race, and the practice sessions this weekend have looked promising for the British drivers.
