Michael Mmoh will be happy with some of his perfomances this year. He’s seemed to concentrate on playing on the tour, with only one Challenger tournament appearance this year. A big difference to last year where he played over 20 Challengers. He’s struggled against the top players, but has made some big upsets. At the Australian Open, he beat Zverev three sets to one, fast forward a few months later and he beat Hurkacz in Washington earlier this month.

Marcos Giron

Marcos Giron has had his ups and downs this year, he hasn’t really made any good runs this year apart from Toronto where he won four matches in a row beating Chappell, Albot, Ruusuvuori and Rune before losing out to Paul in the round of 16. He hasn’t reached a semi final this year yet, but this week might be his week with a favourable draw for the American.
