Blancaneaux has been a Challenger regular in 2022, with his best result being in Peague and Zug where he reached the semi finals. He’s achieved some okay results on the hard courts this year, more notable beating Ruusuvuori in three sets to cause a huge upset (6+ odds), but aside from that losses to Royer, Hardt and Furness has been dissapointing for the Frenchman.

Zsombor Piros
Zsombor Piros has shot up the rankings this year, getting inside the top 150. He won his first ever Challenger earlier this year in Finland, and more recently won in South Korea at the Gwangju Challenger after beating Coppejans, Tu, Hijikata, Eubanks and Gomez (each player has won a Challenger title!). He’s struggled with form the past couple weeks, but will be hoping he can achieve a good win and defend some of his points after being a finalist in this Challenger last year.
