Walker came to the UFC through the back door, but his performances and knockouts raised the hype around him. After great fights, tougher opponents came, and with that, losses. He had three defeats and one victory in the last four fights, but he was also shaken in that fight. In the last fight against Thiago Santos, Walker showed many shortcomings, primarily from the psychological side. It was as if bad results had affected him too much. In that last fight, he was too passive, waited too long, and relied on low kicks; Santos took advantage of that. Walker from the beginning of his career in the UFC and this one are not very similar now.
Hill is a classic example of a modern light heavyweight. Long, too big for a light heavyweight, and small for a heavyweight. Distance control, movement. The style is very reminiscent of Jones. He uses his length brilliantly and finds holes in the defense from a distance. Throws a lot of punches, 7.45 per minute. His only defeat so far in his career is from Paul Craig, where just that bad attitude cost him to defeat. But if the loss can be called good, that defeat probably taught him that he must be 100% in focus. His biggest problem is defense, which Walker can take advantage of, especially given his explosiveness.
