The final appearance of the New York Rangers in the Stanley Cup Finals was in 2014. If they eliminate the Lightning, they would enter only their second final in the last 28 years. They started off very well but it seems the pressure is getting to them, although they still have at least one more home game coming up and a very efficient attack.
Their offense was stifled on Tampa´s ice and they also lost in a dramatic ending which could affect their morale.
