Nashville Predators vs. Minnesota Wild Prediction, Tips & Odds – Apr. 06, 2022

The Minnesota Wild rebounded well after a home loss to the Pittsburgh Penguins five days ago picking up two wins on the road against the Carolina Hurricanes (3:1) and the Washington Capitals (5:1). They are on the chase for second place in the Western Conference because catching up with the leaders Colorado Avalanche will be tough. They are 13 points behind the top position but are looking very strong at the moment hoping their high-scoring offensive will give them the edge in today´s game.
Minnesota´s powerful attack with plenty of stars now has strong support with a new goalie they acquired. One of the best netminders in the NHL Marc-Andre Fleury came around ten days ago and immediately shined in his first three games conceding only 1.3 goals per game.

Their fantastic offense should give them a clear advantage in games against mid-table opponents like the Predators. So far this season they lost both head-to-head games against Nashville and this game is a perfect chance for them to finally beat them. The Predators are actually very good offensively but the Wild have a new high-caliber keeper. Besides, they can always win even if the game transposes into a shootout because their offense is better.
Guests will certainly score their goals while Nashville should struggle, although lately, they had a couple of high-scoring games. However, they were against weaker teams from the bottom of the standings while today they are facing one of the best teams in the league.
Minnesota have been solid away from home this season and will look to win this game. Nashville are not at their level at the moment and have been struggling recently so we think this game is ideal for the Wild to continue with their series of good results.
Nashville Predators vs Minnesota Wild Prediction
To get 1.83 odds for Minnesota to win at least win two points away against Nashville is a gift in our opinion. Very good value when we know one team is currently much better with their new addition and has much bigger chances than these odds suggest.
