In a must-win affair against the San Jose Sharks on Monday, the Knights choked and fumbled a two-goal lead with just minutes remaining in regulation. Two late goals clearly affected them as they lost that game in a penalty shootout.
Today they can make up for that loss in Dallas and have all the tools required to leave Texas with three points. Finally they are playing close to full strength but the home team is a tough one and has much more experience playing these sort of season-defining games.
