During this summer, Borac stated that ambitions this season are extremely high, which means winning the title. In order to achieve that, respectable head coach Nenad Lalatovic was brought in, and several new players were signed. Although at first everything looked idyllic, things very quickly changed completely.
In the first qualifying round of the Conference League, Borac played against B36 Torshavn. Everyone expected an easy advancing in the next round, but that didn’t happen. They are a well-organized club with everything they need to stay in this league for a long period of time. Igman only lack experience at this level and that could be only problem in first few games.
Period between two seasons, Igman used to strengthen their team with players who played in the Premier League. Darko Bodul, Demir Jakupovic, Petar Bojo, Amer Dupovac, Anel Hebibovic, Mirsad Ramic and Edin Biber are just some of the players who played important roles in their clubs last season.
