Perth Wildcats vs. South East Melbourne Prediction, Tips & Odds – Apr. 24, 2022

It’s all going down in the Aussie NBL this weekend. The vice-champions Perth Wildcats are threatened with playoff elimination after their last home loss to the Illawarra Hawks on Friday. They will be waiting for the result of Tasmania´s clash against Melbourne United on Saturday and, in case of their win, will be facing a must-win clash with the Melbourne Phoenix on Sunday.
Perth Wildcats
Ten-time NBL champions Perth are facing their biggest crisis in the last decade. After a coaching change this season, things haven´t been going as they hoped it would be but they are still sitting at fourth place and inside the playoff zone.
After losing to the Hawks on Friday, it seems they will have to win their closing game of the season against the Phoenix at all costs. They will be also closely monitoring the clash between the JackJumpers and Melbourne United hoping for the team from Tasmania to falter.

South East Melbourne Phoenix
The Phoenix have been one of the major disappointments of the season so far. In a year plagued with injuries and absences they just couldn´t deliver and have already lost all chances of making the playoffs.
They will be looking to finish the season with a bang trying to get one over on their rivals. After their last comeback win over Adelaide on Friday there is no doubt the Phoenix will be full of motives coming to Perth. Down by 15 points at the start of the final quarter they produced a miraculous comeback and won an already lost game.
