The Hawks finally return home after six straight games on the road. Despite playing away from their fans, they achieved excellent results and enter this game riding a three-game winning streak. So far they played the smartest basketball executing on both ends of the floor and fully taking advantage of their Aussie NBL superstar, Hyrum Harris, who has become their main utility man.
Hosts are right below Otago and Auckland in the standings even though they have been playing without a traditional big man. It looked like it was all over when the Hawks went on a run and took a double-digit lead just minutes before the end but Auckland´s leading scorer Chris Johnson made back-to-back threes in the final minute to tie the game.

Today´s game should be similar but it´s worth noting the Tuatara recently bolstered their squad with Dan Fotu and Siler Schneider.
