Bournemouth started last season with a surprise when they parted ways with Gary O’Neil and appointed Andoni Iraola. Although Iraola began his tenure with nine winless Premier League matches, he managed to turn things around and was eventually nominated for Manager of the Season after Bournemouth finished 12th with a record 48 points, 22 points clear of the relegation zone.
