Japan has become one of the best Asian water polo teams along with Kazakhstan in recent years. In the last seven years, Greece water polo team is one of the four best in the world, but they are failing to win a gold medal in one of big competitions. At the Olympic Games last year, they lost in final game against Serbia, and at the 2015 World Championships, they won a bronze medal.
