After two easy defeats in the first two games of the Bundesliga finals, Bayern went to Berlin and humiliated Alba with a 90:60 win. It seemed after the first two games of the Bundesliga finals that Alba would easily beat Bayern in Berlin and thus win the trophy, but that did not happen.
